Was a great time as always. Fun weekend celebrating birthday with great friends!

Lots of fun and the place was packed!

The crowd definitely made this event a good one but the chosen performer left a lot to be desired. The drummer didn’t add anything to the music or the party like TL Jenkins. It was just basic drum beats to EDM music. There was no seaway from song to song, the music just ended. Everyone on the dance floor was just left in awkward silence. Definitely not an ideal performance for a major holiday. We were going to attend the pool party prior to the night but Caliente didn’t do anything during the day other than a band. Prior to COVID Cali was the place to be for fun at the pool on holidays. The effort has going drastically downhill.

We had a great time at the glow foam party Friday. Definitely a bigger crowd than we have seen, which we were happy to see. The Caliente Friday parties are becoming our favorite.

We always have fun at Caliente and this NYE party was fun. The band was great, played good music and kept people on the dance floor all night long. Unfortunately the weather was COLD so the pool didn’t see much action, but everything else was great.

We are local and tend to go to events we are there is a traveling, DJ. *DJ Tatiana* enters the chat… she is one of the best traveling DJs that Caliente gets the privilege of hosting. Her sets are incredible. We will always be back when she is there. Thank you for another incredible and memorable night!!!

We did not make it to this event but we are members so we go often. It’s always a good time. Easy to meet people and find fun places to play. I high recommend.

This Ladies night was awesome - and reminded us of how fun Caliente was before Covid and the "disappearance" of so many sexy couples... DJ Ian - rocked the house as always - he knows how to keep the crowd dancing - and not just dancing - but dancing sexy and fun... It's amazing how many DJ's (some that Cali brings in - are tone deaf to when the crowd stops dancing or leaves the floor...).. DJ IAN is a keeper and we've enjoyed him for 10+ years! We made many new sexy friends and had fun dancing close and fun with all.. So - if you stopped going because the level of sexy at Cali wasn't near what it used to be - give it another try - you will likely be surprised - See you next Thursday! :) JandK..

The performance of Marcuz Schultz was once again amazing, we had a great time at the dance floor. However, the play room sucks, women spend hours to get read and impress. When we go to the play room we should to be naked? Does not make sense. Isn't a close optional resort? Why the play room is not optional? If you guys keep the cellphones to avoid recording I totally agree, but undress is a little too much.

This was such an amazing event. The morning was rainy and we thought this would put a damper on it but boy were we wrong. The pool as packed and the crowd buzzing all afternoon. So many new faces that we normally don’t see at Cali, it felt like we were at a LS resort like Desire or Temptation. These type of events should definitely become a regular occurrence! The night party?! Even better! Not just because the crowd was big and attractive. I’ve never seen this place this full and stay full past 1am like this was. The performance by DJ Manifesto is the kind of thing people buy tickets for and travel to see. The fact that D2P brought this caliber of DJ to our LS scene here in Tampa is what sets them apart from all the rest. D2P has set the bar which will only help make other events and promoters better as well. Great to see that we don’t have to travel out of the area for this kind of big time event! Great job to Caliente and their staff keeping up with the unprecedented demand. I never had to wait long for a drink. Great job to Luis & Karsyn of D2P for working your tails off to put this thing together! I can’t wait to see what you guys do next and Cali, I look forward to you guys hosting more events like this! Amazing day and night, the vibe and the crowd were great, been a frequent guest at Caliente for the last three years and never seen it as full as it was this Saturday 05/31, just because of D2P because they always bring a lot of good energy with their parties, it really exceded our expectations. Waiting for the next one.

Pool party was great! Weather was perfect and the dance party went all night. It’s great seeing bigger and bigger crowds coming to Caliente! Keep it up!!

it was one of the busiest nights we’ve seen at Caliente. Great mix of young and not so young. The Rockabilly theme didn’t seem to go over too well though. We saw maybe 2 people dressed in theme. We had a blast and can’t wait to return.

We head a great time Saturday night. The band NightBreakers (I think) was awesome!! Played great music and kept the crowd dancing. We hope you have them back sometime!!

The place was hopping!! So many sexy people. It’s great to see the crowds coming back to Caliente. It’s a sign that the new management is headed in the right direction. There were good crowds there all weekend from Thursday on. The party Saturday night was great!! Love a good glow night !!

We didn't see the Banner, it was a great party, we had lot of fun and meet cool people. The night was amazing, the sky with plan of stars and the crowd was sexy and friendly. We had a blast ????????

It was a great New Year's Eve party and there were a lot of sexy and nice people, the food was good. But we think that the management of Caliente forgot that many of us who were there are swingers and it was very important to have a playroom open to have a happy ending to that night.

Had wonderful time with new and old friends. Caliente always puts on great NYE events. Shelly: what can we say but WOW, such an amazing voice. TL Jentgens never fails to kill it!

What a blast! The costumes were amazing. The people were classy and sexy and the costumes were great. Add in that one man show and it was a night to remember.

We haven't been to Caliente since 2010 when it was more of a nudist resort. What a major difference! Place was real nice and the crowd was great. DJs kept the party moving on the dance floor. Bartenders were awesome. We had such a great time. Definitely looking forward to going back and exploring more of the amenities.

Happy to report that Caliente is BACK with their amazing Halloween party! Let's face it - Covid sucked, and really took its toll... We arrived about 8:30pm - and the parking lots were almost full ! (a great sign!) The staff was amazingly friendly in sorting out / checking tickets.. The Food was back to pre-covid AMAZING quality, taste and everything else.. :) Now here is where i am going to correct my previously very negative opinion of taking over the dance floor with a rock band on holidays - No Filter was fantastic - their song selection was spot on - their energy, light show and "fun" - was better than i have ever seen them. It was a top quality fun rock show. The dance floor, and bar area was packed. If only they didnt have the volume to 125+dB we could actually flirt and communicate with someone next to us.. and leave without our ears ringing... Everytime i ask the band or their sound guy why they insist on that deafening level - they all say - "What?"... anyway - it was fun. Anyone that reads this and was there - please come back on a Thursdays ladies night or a Saturday night where there is no band - and you'll see the truly sexy side of Caliente. I am now accepting - that is ok if a great band like No Filter or TL Jenkins shows up and "sucks the sex out of the air" - they still entertain, and hopefully people have a positive experience and return for sexy dancing over great music from the DJ IAN at sound levels where you can talk and be intimate. If you are reading this and saying "I was there and it was sexy" - well, you have no idea what sexy at Caliente was and can be again.. Caliente management - the real recipe - is to have the bands outside like you used to - we had a ball poolside with the band out there - and this way the sexy dance floor stays sexy and is not taken over by a bunch of fun loving people standing there nodding and watching a great band performance while wondering just how much damage is being done to their ears.. It's a gentle balance to pull in the crowds and the $$, without throwing water on the sensual fires that Caliente is known for.. A good time was had by all.

No I didn't see anything with regards to promotion, because we could not stay in nightclub do to the excessive music volume. 10 minutes inside is all we could stand. .

It was a nice night and we had fun, Nathan always rock the dance floor. The play room close at 2am when we decide to visit it they were closing and we didn't had a chance to check it unfortunately. The only thing we don't like about Caliente is that to get in the playroom you should to remove all clothes this is a turn off. Women like to dress up and show off feeling attractive and gorgeous, expending time on the production to get ready. From our opinion it would be OK to went there with clothes but do no allow cellphone, cameras, toys etc for sure it would be hotter and nicer.

It was our first time at Caliente. We usually go to Desire RM and have pretty high expectations. This is a great resort and we had a really good time. Planning on going back often. The party was fun and had a wide variety of people there. Playrooms were a lot better than any other resort we have been too!

It was a great crowd and a great performance by TL Jentgens. We had a fun night and met lots of sexy people. Can’t wait to come back!!

It’s always a fun time at Caliente. The crowd was great, and it was a fun time. The DJ however, we didn't care for. He played a great playlist but would only stay on each song for about 5 seconds before switching to a totally different song and beat. Made dancing really hard and the crowd ended up just standing on the dance floor.

We had a great time poolside at the pool party. Great crowd great music, lots of fun !!

We love this place and the pool party was awesome. The bar staff are great and the resort is really a top notch resort and has such a sexy vibe.

We know that the bands no filter and TL Jenkins - bring in the crowds (not a sexy interactive crowd - but a watch a rock performance that's too loud to talk and flirt crowd), and that sucks the sex out of the air, causing many lifestyle people to go elsewhere... but that's no reason not to come and have fun on ladies night when its a great DJ playing great dance music that's perfect for mingling and meeting new friends... Hope to see you at the next one! Be sure to PM us as while we used to go several times a month - we are going once every month or so...

It was a nice party, we had a great time dinning, playing pool table and dancing. DJ Tatiana performs well. However, only few people wear masks, it should me more encouraged to follow the theme and also perhaps distribute some paper masks at the entrance to encourage people to wear. We love Caliente and the theme parties but the play room is terrible. The need to remove all clothes to get in is a big turn off, woman likes to get produced and get attention. Be naked at the pool ok, but at the play room it sucks.

Another great night at Caliente. Music was great, crowd was great. Had dinner at the sports grill. Great service and food was great. A great time was had by all. Can’t wait until the next time.

Had a great time with so many fun and sexy people at Caliente this weekend. The music was great and the party costumes were fantastic and fun! The whole place is a lot of fun and highly recommended. Our second visit and we'll be back.

What a great night. The music was excellent and had the whole crown dancing way later than we're used to seeing. It was nice to not see the dance floor be a ghost town by midnight. There was a nice crowd as well, there usually is a good turnout here, but this night felt bigger than others. Good looking crowd too with great energy. Would have like to have seen more people in theme, this is in no way Caliente's fault as they set the appropriate theme for the day that it was. Wish people would make more of an effort. It's disappointing when we make a lot of effort to put something together for a theme and are excited to participate only to find that there's five or six other couples in theme.

First time at Caliente and wow, what a place, what a crowd, what a night. Great band! Many people with creative outfits to fit the theme. Staff was great all over. Still have more to explore in future trips and we definitely hope to be back soon!

The downstairs area was top notch and the main reason we bought membership at Caliente. Due to health issues we’d been unable to return until now. The entire thing was a huge let down and very very frustrating!! Getting this gem back open should be a priority. I could tell the quality of people had gone down and there were less 30s and 40s aged people there. I’m sure it’s bc the club only offers half the experience and fun that it used to. There is a golf cart shuttle that will take people to a casita down the street, but what is even the point?!?? That is NOT an equivalent replacement. It’s a JOKE. Others seem to find their fun in the conversation pool, but that is an OSHA biohazard with all the bodily fluids floating around in there. Definitely not an option for us. The dance club and the staff are very nice, and the themes are fun. It’s a shame the owner or whomever can’t get it together and make things right. I guess once they have your money, they aren’t too worried about it?!?! *We tried to inquire about plans and get in contact with the owner, but have only heard crickets.

The DJ at Caliente plays the same mix all the time. His playlist is old and dated. We only came for the weekend because Nathan Bliss was the DJ. He did not disappoint.

We attended one more of their events. Excellent. Very funny. The sex party was full of repeated and pleasurable orgasms congratulations, keep it up and don't stop inviting us to many more

The place was PACKED which was great to see. The show was awesome. Cali did a really good job and the performers were great. That being said...if you are going to close the rest of the resort and pool that would have been nice to know. Put it on the promo banner in the emails or at least let us know at the gate or at the security check when you are going through my bag of towels. Instead I didn't know until I was on my way to the lower conversation pool when a guard confronted us with "Are you members? This area is closed." I would have paid at the gate to use those facilities but it wasn't an option. And to be clear, I get it. I understand why they wouldn't want that mass of people all over the place, I just would have preferred to know up front so I didn't look like a jackass :-)

The party itself inside was ok the space was very classy, but the fun and most enjoyable time was in the pool most of the night.

Really great to see DJ Ian contibuting to the newer other DJ - really kept things on track and got the whole group of sexy people sexy dancing! PS - much better than the bands nofilter and Jenkins - which are great bands - but better at poolside or outside where people can just enjoy the "rock concert" - but for sexy dancing in the dance room - DJ's rule.

Our second time at Caliente, visiting for a local DJs set, and was impressed with the energy and crowd. Huge difference between Saturdays party and Fridays, the Saturday pool party was awesome too.

Great crowd, sexy fun & friendly people - and DJIan - who really gets the sexy crowd juiced up! Hate to be a broken record - but while the bands NoFilter and TLJenkins do pull in people and make money (all good!) - they risk Caliente losing the core sexy crowd which makes it special... those bands "suck the sex out of the air"... and are fun to stand around and nod your head to... while conceding that they are so damn loud you can't even talk to the person next to you... Which made this Nuttin Butt Net Party even more special - real dance, real sexy dancing, real flirting and mingling... = back to the basics of what makes us all come to Caliente in the first place. Thanks Caliente for honoring your roots and giving us DJIan on a Saturday... now we can talk about why at 11PM he starts catering to the 2 who want music that ... let's just say is "different" and non-dancable.. as evidenced by the sexy dance crowd heading to the pool and the rooms..

The overall vibe was great, fun time, but the music was lacking. DJ Ian did a great job as usual, but the guitar player was a failure. It seemed like he was trying to put on a one man show like TL Jentgens but with a guitar, and it didn’t go over well at all. Much prefer when Caliente has live bands on Holiday weekends instead of DJ’s.

The party was great, we had a great time as usual, stuffs were friendly and cordial. The only point of improvement is the set list of DJ Ian after the visitor DJ left. He should play good stuffs and try to follow the same vibe, by changing the rhythm and playing some funk, hip hop stuffs people stop to enjoy and have fun at the club it sucks. Most of people are over 40 the music should be until 90s beginning of 2000, not sure why everytime he does it...kill de vibe...at list until 1am was good.

The vast majority of folks didn't wear masks... ?????? would be nice for someone to throw a real one where folks had to be dressed for the occasion...

Caliente hosted another great party! The Musician, TL Jentgens was absolutely outstanding and rocked the nightclub! Lots of sexy and friendly people there. Caliente continues it's top notch service and reputation!

The day party was ok, nice crowd and cool people. The service on the pool table area needs improvements. The night neon party was awesome, service on the piano bar and restaurant was great and at the bar on the dance floor great as usual. The DJ Nathan rocks and the crowd was very creative with theirs costumes, it's a great party we had lot of fun and meet nice people ????

Fun times and lots of micro mini skirts and even less clothing at this party. The after party was fun too.

Caliente is our Happy place in this world. We always have so much fun. It is the best night club in the Tampa area. The "Sexy nurses and doctors party" was full of beautiful people. The music was great. Dancing was fun. Shout-out to the best Bar Tender, Eddie. He is friendly, curteous and mixes the best Margaritta we have ever tasted. We look forward to out next time at Caliente.

It was great, the DJ was awesome and lot of beautiful and hot people. We had lot of fun on the dance floor and on the pool as well. What we still missing is a playroom or a after party / island...????

It was great the DJ was awesome we had a great time there. What still missing is a play room or at list an after party... there is no better place for LS in Florida.

Not a ton of people there, mostly older couples (older than me). The conversation Pool had a disproportionate number of single black men lurking around. There were maybe 5 couples in the pool and probably 7 single men. Sure, one of the women were partaking in their offerings, but again too many single men to couple ratio for my comfort level. They would come sit right next to us in the pool. We’d move away to another section of the pool and here comes the next. Really? Get a clue. If we wanted a single man we know how to approach you. Earlier that same day, we saw security asking a single black man to stop harassing 2 people’s wives.

Great vibe at the night club and lots of people dressing in the theme. We have been very impressed by the amount of people who participate and that does make it a lot of fun. After drinks and dancing for a while we checked out the resort a bit since this was only our second visit. We found the quieter conversation pool but decided to head up to the busier one next to the hot tub instead. That was definitely an experience, but we had a good time doing out own thing and everyone was very respectful. The other conversation pool is probably more our speed so we will hit that up, and next time we will be using a locker so we are prepared!

Probably one of our best nights at Caliente. TL was on fire playing non stop into the wee hours of the morning!!! It was EPIC !!!

This was our first time visiting Caliente and we did not arrive until around 8pm. At that time there was plenty of parking and it was an easy process to get checked in. We were nervous at first but that didnt last long once we made it inside. The Glow party was awesome with tons of participation and lots of very sexy outfits! We met some very cool and friendly people who helped us feel at home. TL Jentgens was amazing! Will plan to see him there again in July! Definitely will be returning to the resort during the day to check out the amenities we missed and will also be attending another event as soon as possible for that sexy night club feel!!!

April and I had a blast! April actually won the bikini contest! Every time we come to Caliente we have an amazing time.

Pre-race communications were excellent. At the race site, the volunteers were fantastic and plentiful at registration, at waterstops and directional areas. Well organized race. Post race, there were apples, bananas, and cookies at the pool. It was minimal but adequate. No one was attending the area, and a bit more healthier carbs (i.e. mini bagels, beans & rice, pasta) would have been nice. Of course, the cafe menu was open. There were opportunities to improve the post race 'party.' As we just did the Lake Como 5k, Bare Dare was the better race and we will probably consider doing it again.

We're not ones to complain so writing this a bit reluctantly. We were disappointed in the music for this party. The DJs Bliss and Tatiana played a constant rave beat with a scattering of 90s samples wove into the mix. We really would have enjoyed a non club beat mix of 90s dance tunes. We weren't the only ones that were disappointed. We talked to a half dozen other couples that thought the same thing. Just our opinion. So much great dance music from the 90s and the DJ used very little of it

As much as we love TL, the volume inside the night club was uncomfortable. BUT the entertainment in the piano bar was great and had great seating. Belkis we love your singing!

We were at Caliente for the finale of their annual Voice of Caliente karaoke competition. The place was packed, and so much fun! The KJ, Nick, does an incredible job with this event making it fun for everyone. We love Caliente. We visit every visit home to Florida. The DJ at the nightclub is great. Love the "Top Shelf Margarita" Anthony at the bar really is a top notch bar tender and takes great care of you along with the rest of the bar staff.

My lady and I had an amazing time again at Caliente. Although Club Rouge was closed, that didn't dampen our fun. The DJ had all of the sexy costumed couples on the dancefloor until they were ready to hit the pool/hot tub area. Saw some new things out there for sure but enjoyed it all.

Epic party! The deejay was fire and the dance floor was so much fun we stayed for hours! Met some sexy people after and took it back to the room. 10/10 would recommend!

The resort is very comfortable, pool area is very nice and will be back again. This was our first time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

It has been years since we went to Caliente last time, so the feelings were little shaky and unsecure but we walked in and ended up right in the middle of the dance floor in between all those sexy people. We had a blast and will be back.

The music was great however the venue too small for the crowd that showed..The room was overpacked and people could not mingle or even dance... Great event in the attendance and we did not see the SDC banner.. the pool area was crazy and maybe thats where the SDC banner and maybe a host could set up in the future... love SDC

We would encourage anyone considering attending a party or staying at the resort to reconsider and find an alternative venue.

We have been wondering what exactly is the deal with Lifestyle venues and having inept Dj's who stand in front of a crowded fun sexy audience and just hit a button on a computer and play the same songs poorly mixed into the speakers. Why why why!!! DJ Tatiana played and amazing High energy set without the need for a song video to go with the song and it was awesome go figure!!. She was even able to take a classic like Segar's "Old time rock n roll and make it dance worth!!! Who ever the runs the club needs to lose the button push dj and hire some real Talent to make the club go on fire!!! The one neg to the venue was the party was Glow but the club didn't have any Black lighting to make those who went to distance to dress the theme to really shine!!!

some really nice cars there and it was fun to watch the people who own them visiting the pools and sports bar and seeing them amazed at how nekkid everybody was. LOL.

What a great crowd - but can someone please tell the bands (Jenkins and NOFILTER) that playing their music over 95db doesn't make it sound any better - it just makes our ears ring for a day or two? Saturday i saw at least 4 people (all under the age of 40) with ear plugs - what smart people!. We all go there for sexy dancing and sexy flirting - which are difficult to do when you can't hear someone 2 feet away... we don't want the rock concert experience - we want to interact sexy with everyone else on the dance floor.. Come on - we shouldn't have to risk our hearing for a good time.

It was our first time @ Caliente and we had a good time. The resort was not crowded for the holiday weekend but they had a good crowd for the party. Partygoers were friendly, the staff was great as was the music although it was a little too loud. It was hard to make a connection when you are yelling over the music. We’ll definitely go back!

Caliente always puts on a good party, especially special events. We aren't fond of the buffet style of food and do not partake in that. It is crowded in their club, and there really isn't anything going on downstairs. I wish they would Ian the DJ downstairs playing music younger people are more interested in. We understand most people want 70s & 80s, maybe 90s music, but younger couples like today's music. Because they had the buffet going the place where people usually take their own photos with cell phones (upstairs in full view of the front desk & security) was the opening for the food. I wish they would have kept that door closed and just had the other entrance open instead of both. We were told the normal backdrop was set up downstairs, which it wasn't. Even if it was, it wouldn't be observed by employees to ensure no one is getting photos of people things they aren't supposed to. And Halloween is a special holiday where people want photos of their costumes. The only other option was to pay a photographer $20 to take photos outside. It seemed like Caliente was trying to milk an extra $20 out of people who already paid a lot of money on top of their membership, for something they normally can do themselves for free. By being restricted to the professional photographer, people couldn't take photos with friends and others with multiple crazy poses, without paying the photographer extra $20 for this and another extra $20 for that.

Great Decorations, Great Food, Great Band, Great Wait Staff, Service, and a whole lot of Great "'Fun"' People. Caliente did a Great Job on this event.

I wish it was more known how to enter the Halloween costume contest. I still don’t know how the participants were chosen. We worked hard at getting our costumes together and hoped to win a prize.

Caliente is awesome and we have so many friends there we just love it. BUT BUT BUT... have to say that the band nofilter while nice people and accepted by many is not the band to put inside on a Saturday night. I think the analogy of #nofilter being more like a concert experience (with crappy sound!!) and DJ Ian being a sex charged dance experience best sum it up. IMHO here's why: 1) Their song selection and energy is good - yet their sound is "MUSHY" and "Muffled" - 2) They cause the crowd - mostly sexy white people - to stand around, pretend to dance - and when the band is playing - the sexy interactions between couples is about 40 of what it is when DJ Ian is performing. This is the band for people who dont like to dance and guess what - most of the sexy interplay between couples happens when they are dancing ! 3) On the dance floor last weekend - we can't count the number of times we heard other couples saying "when are they going on break?". The sound was terrible and as stated - this bands sound is so bad and selection does not promote dancing and high energy sexy fun. It promotes people who like to stand around, or feel like they are at a concert - but those are not the reasons we go to Caliente on a Saturday night. 4) DJ Ian - gets the crowd dancing and drinking and dancing. Guess what - that combo drives interactions on the dance floor, sexy flirting and beyond. He ignites a sexually charged atmosphere that #no filter cannot approach. We wish they could. But that's not what live bands do... 5) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider that with your raised rates from $40 to $60 for a Saturday night - you are already pushing the envelope... $40 is fair. $60 should be charged to those as an up charge who wish to use the playrooms. Also - look more closely at your crowd and their behavior - DJ Ian - gets the place dancing and intermingling with great sexual energy. #nofilter gets people feeling like they are at a concert - the sexual energy is less than half and sure, while we danced with others and my wife formed little sexy clusters of 4 to 7 girls dancing together - it was more out of boredom and that fun quickly dissolved as #nofilter went to another song.. where as when DJ Ian is running the show - those same people and behaviors "just don't stop" and get really wild.. - I think the analogy of #nofilter being more like a concert experience (with crappy sound!!) and DJ Ian being a sex charged dance experience best sum it up.

This was a great party! Our first visit. We enjoyed the atmosphere and most of all the company. So many hot people & our new friends are super cool! The bar service was not great. Slow, and inaccurate. We ordered the same drink 5 times and it was mixed wrong, with different ingredients FIVE times by 3 different bartenders. This was a basic bar cocktail. Might be good to do some training back there.

Great party! The play room at Cali is amazing ??

Caliente knows how to party, that’s a given, but it’s the people that make it so much fun and such a happy place to be! The Security staff at the entrance and as you enter the club are friendly and welcoming, yet very professional. The check in process and front desk staff are helpful and welcoming also. We made our way out to the pool and enjoyed the live music and beautiful pool area. The bar staff were walking around the pool, taking orders and keeping everyone happy and hydrated. Ida, our favorite barmaid even delivered our drink to us in the pool! Later on we went to the Sports Bar for dinner and a game of darts. Will, our waiter was amazing! So attentive and friendly, and our food was delicious and the portions were large. From there we went back to the room to change for the party. We got great seats in the Fiesta Night Club, and Ian the DJ was playing great dance music, as always. He pays attention to the dance floor and is very mindful of the crowd he is playing for. The bar staff in the bar was hustling and keeping everyone happy. After dancing the night away we made our way to the incredibly beautiful playrooms. The staff in the playrooms known as Rouge, are helpful and friendly. The playrooms are very clean and very, very sexy! We made our way to the hot tub to relax before heading back to our room. It is always very clean, and the perfect temperature! To sum it up, we LOVE Caliente! The Pasties Party was great, but we have yet to be there and not have a great time. ??

the review is not a review on S.U.E., but more so on Caliente club itself. I will say I have been there a many as 75 times over the past few years. First they have removed 70 of the seating and what was available within 30 feet of the dance floor was reserved. And one set of 6 sets were not filled until close to 10PM. They can't give the social distancing excuse it will not fly. Other clubs that were closed all last summer are at full capacity and didn't make such archaic changes. We watch as couple after couple wondered the entire place saw no seats and left!!!! There were more people enjoying the piano bar than inside the club most of the night. There were no bar seats and the bar maids stood around most of the night. when I asked to break a 20$ bill at 10:30 they hadn't received enough tips to do so!!! I do understand many tips were on the CC's but cash is always king for tips. Second the DJ (if it the same guy as before covid) has lost his groove. I own a mid sided event company in Tampa bay and do events fro 50 -5000 people in places like the Vinoy, Innsibrook, Hilton downtown and the Marriott Waterside as well as many small to mid sized venues. So I have some expertise in this. Any DJ that has a mixed crowd like Cali should never have the base overpower the music itself. It may be a clothing optional resort but its not a strip club!!!! I would say the mix was 70/30 base. You couldn't hear 90 of the words and outside of the "Reserved" seats no one head anything beyond the steady thump of the base. The videos, were grainy, guess to the smaller screen, (not sure the reason for that!!! At least a half dozen were computer kaleidoscope graphics. who would pay for such crap. If he was working for me I'd escort him out and never hire him again. Not sure what has happened over the past year plus but a venue that I would classify as a 9-9.5 pre covid, has declined to a 5. A 20.000 dollar upgrade in electronics will do nothing if you have a DJ that is at a scale of the VFW Hall.

Thursday night draws just a little bit younger crowd than Friday night at Caliente. Being ladies night there are quite a few more women which my husband and I prefer.

We always have a blast at Caliente, but we’re not big fans of the Foam Party. Not sure what they’re using for foam , but it has a fume that is irritable to the throat. We heard more people complaining about the foam and trying to get away from it than were actual enjoying it.

I've been to Caliente on a few different occassions,whereas the last one was Halloween. We were told they would eventually be opening playrooms. While we liked Caliente and what it had to offer, we didn't feel safe venturing into the hot tub nor the conversation pool during COVID. Before we decided to go to the NYE party, we called to make sure the playrooms would be open, and we were told they would be. While making the 4 hour trek from Fort Lauderdale to Caliente, we were informed through messenger the playrooms wouldn't be open. When we inquired about it, we received a sarcastic message through the Caliente messenger which was less than desireable for someone who is spending money at your club/resort. I feel as though we were misled and I'm sure they knew they would be understaffed and couldn't open the playrooms days before we received the message. I can't say we won't go back, but we were very disaapointed in how Caliente handled it. We expected more based on the experience we''ve had in the past.We would have much rather stayed home and gone to Trapeze if we knew the playrooms weren't open.

Had a great time and I'm glad that people enjoyed the flashy rings that I was giving out. Many wore their ring in different naughty places. Lot's of great energy and friendly people. The only downside was apparently their was a jealous afro american buff guy would single me out and intensely harassed me saying that I was walking by people bags in one certain area which was totally BS. I saw him latter and apparently he is really pretty popular guy with the ladies. I guessing just because he has a carrying license and many fans does not meant he needs to be jealous and single out someone for having a good time. It's sad that this resort hires these type of individuals who are clearly on steroids and have issues regarding to their insecurities

Pros: The venue was beautiful, the crowd was amazing, the 1 man band was truly fun and full of great tunes and the bartenders were pouring some great drinks! Cons: For the $170 price per couple the dinner was absolute crap, there we maybe 40 tables to sit 700 or so people for dinner, plus areas like the playroom and dungeon were closed for the night ... We went there to play and enjoy a night with friends, and ended up just standing around with very few places to sit other than the lounge chairs around the pools. All in all we made the most of the evening, but would definitely not choose to do this event for New Years ever again. M and J

We had a lovely time - sexy and fun. Met some great new people too! Covid presents some real challenges and we all did a great job of working around it! Photographer out front - awesome! Food was tasty, needed to be kept hotter... Got to say that as amazing as JT the drummer is - seems to us that too much of the music was "for straight people to stand around and sing along with" instead of "us sexy people to dance close with and generate heat" .. the DJ Ian still holds the record for reading the crowd and providing dance music .. and for gods sake - who at Caliente really wants rap music ??.. even if some of us watched some videos that show us how to throw some hand signs ... really now - rap? ghetto? no place for that if you want to energize a sexy crowd.. I'd love to see an AI app that shocks the musicians/DJ's when it detects the dance crowd is thinning due to some bozo song(s).. Still - we had a great time - but there have been far better danceable/high sexual energy nights at Caliente.. and it's a miss that this NYE was not a record-setter in that department.

This party surprisingly excellent!! Even though the party was outside, it was cozy and warm under the deck. The dance floor was packed and most people were dressed in very hot and sexy Santa themed outfits!! VERY FUN PARTY!!!!!

The party was decent, however, I was not happy to be charged $60 for entry when we are typically charged $30 or $40. There was no price advertised on the flier so I assumed it was the same as most other parties. My mistake but it willnot happen again.

The Steampunk party was a great time. Everything seemed to run smoothly and it was not too crowded since it was outside by the pool.

The whole setup was amazing loved all the different colored lights. The band was really good as well very entertaining. Really like the fire show also.

We really enjoyed the party, we had an excellent time. Very sexy atmosphere, people are very respectful. Caliente's staff are very friendly. We will be back in the future.

Caliente and Lust Pleasure Parties put on such a great event. The live band was amazing and some of the most beautiful people we ha e seen. Absolutely love these parties and the facilities at Caliente. We ate at the restaurant before the night begun. The food was fantastic.

Awesome live band - too bad the rain pushed them and us inside... still an awesome time - not sure why most live bands have their amps turned up so load your ears buzz and you cant talk to the person next to you... i think its because they saw some other band do that :) I asked some pro musician friends why they do that - and all they could say was "WHAT?"... - like i said a great band that brought in a great crowd... THe band inside shifter the awesome DJ downstairs and outside under the overhang - he rocked too ! Awesome crowd with the DJ and a bunch more dance energy.. Once the band finished upstairs, could have been an option to being the downstairs crowd and DJ back upstairs to the main dance area... Had a great time and met several new sexy couples - all while dancing sexy and lovin every minute.. what more can we ask for ?

What a night. Caliente and LUST went all out for this event. TL Jentgens was awesome poolside. DJ Ian was on point in the club. The sparks show by the pool was very erotic and sexy. So many hot couples and cool costumes. Can't wait to go back and see whats next.

LUST PLEASURE PARTIES nailed it again with this event. Such a fun theme and what a hot crowd. The DJ was great the venue was beautiful. Drinks with sexy couples and quite a few very attractive single girls were there as well. We kept the after party going all night. Caliente and LUST never disappoints.

We had an awesome time, hung out with some old friends and then met some great new friends that we definitely want to see again. Super friendly crowd and the staff was GREAT as always!

What an amazing night that was. From the live music to the sexy people it was absolutely incredible. TL KILLED it on stage. His beats were never ending and he had the crowd going all night long. Relaxing in the pool while listening to such a great performance along with all the sexy ladies we chatted with. What more could you want from an evening.

The resort was so beautiful along with the most friendly couples and singles. The costumes were so amazing. The DJ was putting out one great song after another we had an amazing time and can't wait till the next one.

We didn't let the threat of rain slow us down, we had a great time with the band and then helped DJ Ian celebrate his birthday while he played some fun songs for us to dance to. Met some very cool people and caught up with a lot of friends we hadn't seen in a while!

The club was packed with sexy people wearing latex and leather having a great time. The weather was perfect during the day and the night was hot.

This has so be at the top of my most favorite New Years celebrations. The resort was comply decorated. Entry was fast. They had a photographer on site to take pix. The Buffet was huge with lots of choices. Several bars made getting drinks fast. There was live entertainment in 2 areas. Night club was the happening place.... And the countdown balloon drop was a great way to bring in 2020. We will plan on attending next year too.

Danced all nite and then hit the hot tub, fun nite!

The glow party was attended by many people. Everyone seem to be dressed in theme. Someone was giving out glow in the dark bracelets. The band was called No Filter. They were loud and there was heavy bass with weak vocals. The bass was overwhelming. However, the song selections were great. The dance floor was packed, so everyone was enjoying the band. People migrated outside of the club and down by the pools. It was a great evening.

The music played for 80s night was a great selection of 80s hits. The videos that accompanied the 80s hits were also enjoyable. There was a nice mix of people and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves on the dance floor.

A little chill was in the air but it was a Hot Night.

Happy Hump Day at Caliente was wonderful. The special drink of the night was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. Ron, the entertainer, sang his heart out and was so very talented. We enjoyed all of his songs. The crowd was small and intimate allowing us a chance to meet many new friends.

Always a Fun evening with great oldies music and videos. The club did a very nice job with Food and Beverages. Waitstaff was attentive and provided wonderful service. Caliente should have some type of oldies night / party at least once a month. Especially when the snowbirds are back in Florida for the winter.

When considering Holloween parties at Caliente in the past and the extra expense, it was disappointing. We had fun but it is a very expensive special event and not even close to what they are capable of.

Not worth the money, food was not good at all not sure why there was a three-day minimum place was pretty dead Thursday and Friday. We wont book this one again

It is an great place. It was crowded. People were in costumes (which is always good), My only complaint is the music. Still, we made the best of it with a couple of new friends made.

I liked the band, but would not put them in the nightclub, actually I would rather have the dj in the nightclub and no bands, as it is so much better dancing to a dj then a band, just my opinion

It was a damp day so there was not a big crowd. We had a great lunch in the sports bar and hit karaoke in the tiki hut. In spite of the weather and lower turn out we still had a fun time making the best of it.

We had a blast at the event but we really always do at Caliente. The bikini models were very fun poolside and hung out with the guests on their walk-around the lagoon pool. Weather was great and so was the company!!!

It was a great party with a great turnout & lots of attractive couples. Most were dressed or painted for the theme. We made friends with a few new couples. My only gripe would be that the playrooms werent open (Secrets might have spoiled us with their playroom options). )

This was our first New Years Eve at Caliente and they didn’t disappoint. Amazing food, decorations and the staff was on point as always. They did a great job of putting up several amazing buffets in different locations. Made the lines short and spread the crowd out instead of all crushing in one location. A separate dessert bar also hit it out of the park. Well done Caliente!

The naughty Santa party was a lot of fun and the costumes were pretty spectacular. Caliente is a interstinv especially when it is warm and the crowd is rambunctious. It was a worthwhile event, sexy and lively.

We were happy to be back at Caliente and see so many sexy couples.. Crowd was festive. Just as many people were on the dance floor and in the conversation pool than at the bar.. another successful event, can’t wait for the next one!

We always have a great time at Caliente and we enjoy the theme nights. We always wonder though why we never see any sign of the group that’s hosting the party. There was an SDC banner by the door, but other than that, we saw no sign of anyone from SDC. We thought there would be SDC host around the pool during the day, but there was nothing. Maybe we just missed it? As we said, we Love Caliente, just wish the “Party Host” would engage and participate more.

The meet at greet was fine, only a few people. We are very thankful that we showed up with our very good friends. Caliente is a worn out, extremely dirty facility, the pool chairs are so disgusting we would cover with towels completely. If we were not there with our friends we would have left immediately. Unfortunately it looks to me as they will be out of business soon, which is a total shame. I wish it was clean and maintained so we would all have a great place to party. Hopefully , someone takes over the facility , throws every table and chair in the garbage, power washes and paints every single thing there, drains and cleans the pools, clean and maintain the landscaping, fixes the holes and cracks in the walls of the rooms, update all the rooms and bedding, bleaches the whole facility with bleach to remove the black mold, and fumigate the bugs. I really wish them the best, and hope they make a ton of money there. But, in my opinion it need a complete and total overhaul of every inch of the entire facility.

First time ever there and was much better than expected. We would go back. The resort was booked, so we had to stay offsite which wasnt the best option, but we still had a good time. Only downside was having to use/credit or debit at each bar and not having a cash option, not a big deal.

A great night under the stars in the jacuzzi and conversation pool. A crowded night and shortage of tables in the main dance club area made it difficult to connect up with SDC couples we planned to meet.

It wasn't for us. We tried striking up conversations, and got cold shoulders. We looked for something interesting, but all we found was a corporate party crowd with a few naked people sprinkled in. The club sucked, unless you enjoy wanna be tough guys staring you down like they want a fight. The sports bar had a moldy smell. There was no action. The drinks were good, and there were some lovely fake boobs hanging out.

As usual, we had a great time, lots of sexy couples dressed in theme and the DJ kept the dance floor crowded. Can't wait till the next one. Sxyav8tors

Awesome party but the dance music ended too soon and turned to rap! Was DJ Ian trying to chase people out? It is disappointing that the dance music did not continue for a longer time as everyone was enjoying the tunes on the dance floor. And when you reserve a booth for $25 and the music goes South so early it is quite a disappointment. With so many people fleeing the dance floor when the music became so loud and obnoxious. Why do they do this to us after we pay good money to get into the club?

SUE host are always fantastic and friendly, we love their events and parties. The crowd was fun and as always amazing!

How does one describe an epic party? 1 word S.U.E at Caliente on St. Patricks day 2018. The party was well advertised and the hosts were very visible throughout the night. The top deck was a great time and the band was terrific. They could've lowered the volume just a bit since it is close quarters so that people could "converse" a bit better, however, it didn't hamper the day. Weather was perfect and the people were great to us as usual.

We absolutely love the place and the people and enviroment where amazing, they had a band there which was a first there and they were truly awesome, the Latin night sdc was the icing on the cake with great dancing and awesome djing' we love the resort and everything was perfect!!!

The party was a blast the hosts were cordial and kind and engaging as always... it is always a pleasure to go to one of these when they are hosting.. was a little disappointed on the people who said they were going to attend didn't show up but that's just their character

I was happy to see SDC was back hosting at Caliente. There wasn't a big turnout. I don't know if part of the problem is that Caliente now has a uniformed police officer sitting in the front gatehouse, with his patrol car right behind the building, with lights flashing at the same time. It's very uncomfortable because first impression is that something bad is happening when you arrive. But also, because the officer sits in the gatehouse, he stares at every person when they arrive. This does not exactly create an atmosphere of privacy and discretion, which are key elements when you are attending events that are "lifestyle" oriented. If he were sitting in his car, with the lights off, ready to respond to any problems if necessary, it wouldn't be so blatantly obvious that "big brother" was looming over the place! I understand things can happen and security is important, but this type of "greeting" isn't exactly welcoming. I can't imagine if someone who worked in an industry where you might encounter this officer (or his co-workers who he might share who he saw coming in) would feel about this. Otherwise we love the place. We went to the after party and turnout was just ok. Didn't stay long.

In a word wow! We had a blast. So many attractive couples. We did not hit the after party ad we had a striking couple come back to our room , and had our own party.We will definitely return.

Same old Caliente. Overcharge for entry and drinks, for a crowd that never gets into the party mode.

It was our first time to Caliente and we had a very nice time at the resort.The food was great the hotel was very clean and the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome.Not alot of activities except for saturday vollyball at 1:30p.m. If you like to relax by the pool all day this place is for you. As for the sdc bad santa party well it was not what we expected for an sdc party.The host were very friendly and we enjoyed meeting them by the pool on Saturday. Saturday nights party was a mix of residents and hotel guests, the bare foot band were very entertaining and the DJ played great dance music. the only thing missing was ..Finding couples from sdc. There should of been an area just for sdc couples, like a happy hour meet and greet. we had on our sdc visors given to us by the hosts and not one person in two days introduced themselves from sdc. Yes we met a lot of nice people during our stay and made friends,It would of been better if we could have identified other sdc members.

We had a great time. First event we attended. We didn't make to after party, got a little distracted with others. We look forward to attending many more now that we have poped our cherry. We are already planing our next events and are excited about meeting new people.

Regarding the comments from jjnpb....Caliente is not responsible for the weather, although we considered the weather on wed., thurs., fri., sat, and Sunday VERY GOOD, with little rain. Monday was not as nice but ok. When the weather wasn't sunny, we spent time with friends, working out, having a cocktail, eating, resting, socializing, internet browsing, shopping, hot rubbing, foihg Karioke, and more. If the complainer needs more than this, and needs to be entertained by someone else, then they have some issues that need be addressed outside of this format. We had a super time for 6 days and 5 nights, and have no complaints. Life is good, and at Caliente we always have a great time!!! Thanks to SDC and Caliente for the great time.

Caliente is one of our favorite get-a-ways. It may have a few shortcomings but we always go back and always have a good time. We met some new, interesting, and very nice people. It's only been two days and we miss it already! As new members we can wait for the next SDC adventure!

We had an amazing time - many new sexy faces, new friends and our own after party with very special friends - what more could you want? re the bar - Caliente get a clue - you are missing out on 40% additional bar sales due to under staffing of bartenders or inability of those you have to serve drinks in high volume mode... and your A/C system - why make people sweat on the dance floor?

As always -- high excitement and great smiles from the SDC staff... We had a ball... literally!!

We both had an amazing time. There was enough chairs for everyone. Music was great during the day and evening. Food was outstanding and even got some yoga in. Thanks for the weekend. We'll definitely be back.

Nice party not as many sexy peeps as we usually see at an SDC event. Hostess was nice and offered Barbie an SDC tee shirt (we've always wanted one ;)) Bar tenders at the resort are not nice and very slow to assist.

The atmosphere at Caliente was cool really nice with very friendly people. Misssdc was great! That was our second time meeting her. The downer was that the party just started too late. It did not get started until 1:30 a.m.

The party was great... little slow at first... then picked up (probably because of televised football games). not sure why the 'after parties' are scheduled so late....Rewe have gone to a couple in the past ... but passed this one up. So recommend earlier afterparty with snacks

Party was crazy packed with hotties. Over 300 people in the nightclub. We had a great time. Our only suggestion would be to have a larger after party house or multiple after party houses. Can t wait to go again.

Caliente was great as always on a sunny summer day but for some reason the club AC didn t seem to be working in the evening (we like HOT parties but with cold A/C is preferred!). Also the SDC afterparty was fun, but the house was a bit too small for the crowd.

I didn t see SDC anywhere

Pool party was great but shouldn t some people leave the pool for the restrooms after being in the pool for a few hours drinking beer? Dinner in the restaurant was good and the club party had a nice vibe with some hot lifestylers.

We had a great time Saturday night. We were there early enough for dinner and it was excellent. There were a lot of attractive couples there and we enjoyed meeting everyone!

From the pool party, club party to the after-party, it is the members that make the parties such a success. Your participation in the contest and showing all the newbies how they can have such a great time is awesome! You make it all worth-while. Who doesn t like seeing naked people hanging out in the pool sipping on cocktails, dancing in barely anything in the club, and doing the vertical mamba at the after-party. Non-clickish and very friendly attractive people. There is no other event that can compare to the parties SDC Host at Caliente!!! Won t you join us next time...

The crowd at the bar was very small and there did not seem to be too many SDC members there. There was no one out at the conversation pool.

Both the party on Friday night, especially the great band and Saturday SDC event were one of the best. Great weekend.

As always we had a great time at Caliente. The resort is fabulous and most of the people are wonderful.

Cali is always fun even if you don t hookup with anyone. They have a great staff and we always enjoy going there.

We really had a good night, good crowd and lot of fun dancing, Caliente always has good music, we commend the DJ, he was friendly and open to all requests. If we had one issue it would be that we would have liked to have a way to mingle and meet new people, I think it would be fun if we had an app on phones that we could IM each other at the party. Just to add a new dimension to the scene. Again GREAT night...

Too many single guys in the after party rooms, I had to stop playing twice to stop 2 guys trying to fuck my wife while she was playing with someone else, and they tried with no condoms, WTF. do I need to put a sign in my wife butt? we (my wife and I) are swingers, I play with your wife and you play with my wife. single guy are suppose to be there with a couple, so they have to play with that couple. we don t mind people watching, but single guys, DON T TOUCH if we don t invite you, don t ask to join us, if we want you join us we will ask you. I hope next time they behave

A lot of people there which was great, but didn t see any different from a regular night at a club. We just joined sdc and thought there would be more things going on to help people interact. As for the question about a banner. I didn t see anything, but I didn t really look, so I could have tripped over it and not noticed.

Only my second time at Caliente but well worth it. I have only two words that encapsulates the evening... HOT TUB!!!

This was our first time out like this. We were invited by a great couple that had to leave early but we still managed a wonderful trip. The music poolside was super - great mix of rock/blues etc. Was pleased to meet and get some photos with Marie too. The women were sexy and there was plenty of people watching. We still can t figure out why it s called the "conversation" pool (wink). Thanks for a great time.

Had a great time meeting new People in the Tampa area. We used to vacation to PL back in the 90s but this atmosphere was much better! In the end our goal was met! Love the venue. Love the people. Love the SDC community. Hate the DJ. This DJ does not pay attention to the crowd. Most of the crowd are people over 40. The DJ needs to recognize this and play music to the crowd. There are a lot of folks who are no longer coming out to Caliente to the club because the club now caters to a very young crowd. This isn t rocket science. It s called Marketing!

Caliente is always great venue that is clean and fun. Kim and Darrel are great hosts and a hot couple.

Had not been to Cali in a while, and we had the best time. Crowd was great, dancing was really good and very Sexy, too bad someone broke the pole on the main stage. But the two others on the dance floor certainly made up for it. The after party was one of the best every, and we have never seen a host couple work so hard at making sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. Can t wait for the next one.

We are also members at Caliente but we have to say we had one of the best days by the pool Sat. a Great group!

If I could make a suggestion; it seems that with a good turnout of SDC members, a larger Villa is really needed. We had a great time and she got a Free T-Shirt! The dancing on the floor was "dirty" and the hot tub at the after party was very cosy. Even though the weather was cold for Tampa the people were Hot Hot Hot

The party and all the yummy SDC folks were off the hook this weekend. I m not sure how anyone can ever make it to the after party with it starting so late. Had way too much fun and danced my butt off!!!!

Just to clear up some confusion: when SDC is hosting an after party at Caliente, they are usually held in one of the 3bd Villas or a private home on property. When you are ready to go to it, just ask the front desk for a shuttle to the after party. (we do not allow parked cars in front of the after party location) The shuttle will bring you back to your car or the lobby when you are ready to leave. (call 813-996-3700 ext 0 )

Great party! The visuals were awesome and the people were friendly. We hooked up with an amazing couple and had a blast. Never made it to the after=party... didn t need to! We would go to any future events.

We had a great time at the pool during the day. The night party was great but the after party could have been much better. We would have liked to hear music at the after party. Also...we would ha ve like to see an SDC BANNER UP TO KNOW THAT WE WERE AT THE CORRECT PLACE.

Party was fun. Tons of people. The only disappointment was that we contacted several members who were listed on the guest list & asked if they d like to meet at the party, and not one replied. Just don t understand why people are on these sites if they re not interested in meeting others.

We always enjoy SDC sponsored parties at Caliente s night club. But always confusing on who is the staff handling the event, the after party location, time etc. The after parties are very lame and lack the excitment and members participation...
