I bring nearly 20 years of lived experience practicing ENM, formal training in couples and sex therapy, and years of specialized clinical work with ENM, polyamorous, swinging, kink, and power-exchange clients. Here, I’ll explore the real-life relationship skills that make these relationships work well: communication, consent, navigating jealousy, desire, boundaries, agreements, trust, play, repairing missteps, and staying connected while making room for adventure. My goal is practical, ENM-affirming education that helps you create more connection, more intentionality, more fun, and hopefully a little less drama. One important boundary: I’m here as an educator and community resource, not as your therapist.
