THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PARTY YOU NEED TO ATTEND ON THE WEEKEND OF NEW YEAR'S EVE! It's going to be a fun, sexy, and memorable weekend!

ALL RACES ARE WELCOME!

You cannot book a hotel room through the hotel! Hotel rooms must be purchased through the host. Rooms are on a first come first serve basis. Rooms cannot be held.

WEEKEND TICKET HOLDERS GET 1st PRIORITY TO BE ON THE PARTY FLOOR, AND TAKE PLACEMENT/LOCATION PRIORITY OVER SINGLE NIGHT PURCHASES. As always, there are NO REFUNDS. A room is not necessary to attend either nights.

Every room has a fridge and microwave.
Hotel room purchases include entry to the Hotel Floor Party AND/OR the NYE Ballroom Blitz!
Security
Ballroom DJ
Finger food/light snacks
A Photographer (Tips are encouraged and appreciated)
A Masseuse (for a fee)
Changing station in the Ballroom
Hospitality Rooms on Friday for those without a purchased hotel room
A very active group of like-minded people
Admission only tickets include everything listed above except the overnight stay

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW!
Anyone who causes drama or chaos or does not adhere to our rules, will be banned from future events. Other club owners will be made aware.

Wristbands will be received upon check-in. No admittance to the hotel floors or Ballroom without it. Do NOT be offended if security asks to see it - they are instructed to check for them. They must be worn at all times. It is important to us that we do our best to keep you safe in these crazy days.

NUDITY, lingerie, sheer clothing, lace, robes, etc.... IS ONLY ALLOWED ON THE PARTY FLOOR and/or INSIDE THE BALLROOM! The Ballroom will have changing rooms but you cannot come from your room to the Ballroom inappropriately dressed for public wear.

ONLY THOSE WITH A PAID TICKET ARE ALLOWED INTO THE HOTEL. DO NOT give the hotel name or address to anyone and DO NOT invite those without a paid ticket to your room or you and your guest will be BANNED from future parties.

Drunks are no fun. Drama and chaos are not tolerated
Smoking anything in the hotel is prohibited
Entry fee remains the same regardless of what time you arrive
No discounts for late arrivals and NO entry after 11:30p.m.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Refunds for event tickets will not be given

By purchasing a TEP event ticket or membership, you are agreeing to voluntarily waive the right of all future claims against The 312 Environment, The Environment Parties, the organizers, owners, and their contractors, for any personal injuries, physical or psychological, that may occur during a TEP event or between TEP members on or off party premises. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property or items during a TEP event. Nor will we reimburse event tickets or memberships for any attempted claims made.

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU BRING:
Your own alcohol for light drinking, mixers, snacks
Toiletries, towels from home - let's stay fresh for each other!
MEN bring plenty of condoms. Many women require latex free SKYN condoms due to latex allergies
WOMEN bring lube, DOOR STOPPERS and SQUIRT/PUPPY PADS if you're a squirter!

Check-In at the front desk @ 3:00p.m. and check-out time is 11:00a.m.
Be sure to bring your credit card for incidentals and an ID
You will be responsible for any damage to your room, party areas or common areas of the hotel.

The Environment
If any of you experienced Lifestylers are hesitant, shy, nervous, intimidated by our larger Floor or Ballroom parties, the DOUBLE SUITE PARTIES are an EXCELLENT way to get to know other members. Everyone helps 1st timers to our Double Suites feel welcome. And we do not allow childish cliques. We want you to feel comfortable (without handholding!
