We keep going back to these events because they are great and keep getting better! Great crowd of fun, kind people. Great days at the pool with DJs AND conversation. Great DJs and lighting and vibe on the dance floor. Amazing playroom. And wonderful hosts. So grateful for another amazing week!

This was our second Room77 Flirtation event. They honestly put on THE BEST party! From the hotel, Rooms, dj, entertainment, beach. Pool... AND PEOPLE... It is all absolute perfect. We will be going every year! Price is totally affordable and worth every penny! If your thinking about going then STOP... JUST DO IT. BOOK IT NOW. COMMIT AND YOU WONT REGRET IT. Lauren & Richard and their entire staff are absolute amazing!!!

This is was our 5th Room 77 event, and let me tell you…BEST ONE YET! Just when you think the last event was fabulous, this one was even better! How?? Details, theme nights, music, hotel staff, great mix of people! Incredibly sexy vibe, and everyone felt very safe, no pressure, friendly guests! Richard & Lauren definitely bring an amazing and authentic group of like minded sexy people! They care so much about their guests and make sure everyone is happy and comfortable! They definitely make it difficult to attend other events! We have met the greatest bunch of life long friends at each event!

Fantastic group and an event that was so well put together. 5 days of great pool atmosphere, sexy entertainment, wonderful people, good music, and of course mind blowing sex! Everything seemed to have the right balance. Not too much of anything, but just enough of everything. I would highly recommend another takeover by Room 77. The awesome and sexy hosts made a point of having good conversations with everyone and lead the fun, even though they had a lot going on. There was no pretention in the group, just nice, fun people having a great time.

We love the podcast so we decided to go for it and go to the takeover. The event was so well put together and we felt welcome right from the beginning.‘we’re new to the ls about a year now and we were really nervous. We felt free to do what we were comfortable with and didn’t feel pressured. Richard and Lauren were genuine and even better in person. We will definitely be going to another one! The hotel was very nice, food was good, service was great and the community was so friendly! So many repeat people. Next trip we know what to expect and it will be even better.

Richard and Lauren of Room 77 assembled a great team to assure that the even was smoothly run. As a first time event attendee I suspect I am spoiled by this all-inclusive takeover. UNIVERSALLY the people were awesome. Accommodations, staff, structure, communications, and events were on the nose. Sexy vibe of course, but it was more than that. This was our first Room 77 event. After more than 10 years in the LS and multiple trips to resorts and a few takeovers, this by far is at the top of the list for our favorite experience thus far. Not only did it draw the sexiest crowd we’ve seen, but everyone we spent time with—even in passing—made us feel so welcome and like family. Lauren and Richard and their team worked their fingers to the bone the entire time and still somehow found energy to party with the group. We adore them! The theme nights were the most fun and creative too. There was no shortage of fun and sexy surprises. We WILL be back!

Richard and Lauren are the greatest host! not a detail missed. just an amazing collection of fun and beautiful people inside and out!! They never disappoint!

This event attracts the hottest, kindest, sexiest, and most fun group of people! The hosts just create such a fun sexy vibe with the pool parties, happy hours, super sexy dance floors with great DJs, and the sexy entertainment is icing on the cake. We now have more new friends and feel closer together than ever! We will come back to their next event in October!

Richard and Lauren never cease to amaze us. This is our 4th Room77 event and they just keep getting better. They work so hard to host an epic event and roll with the punches when Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate. We’ve met some great friends at their events and always look forward to seeing past attendees and meeting new couples. The hotel is the perfect size with a beautiful pool and beach. The rooftop bar/pool is a a cool venue for the parties at night. Our favorite night is always the beach party. There’s something about dancing the night away with the sand in your toes. We have fomo about missing the next one but look forward to our return at a future party. RnL

One of the best LS hotel takeovers anywhere. Super sexy crowd and amazing entertainment. You get to be with the same group for 5 days so you really get to meet and know other couples. This was our third Room 77 event and we are already booked for Flirtations in February.

What an amazing time! The hotel was amazing, Richard and Lauren was amazing, and theme night every night was ????.

Richard and Lauren from the Room77 podcast booked a whole hotel on Isla Mujeres, Mexico between Oct 17 and Oct 22. 75 couples from all over the world, with a large Texas contingent. Overall, totally awesome, totally as advertised. The typical day would start around noon at the pool, then happy hour at 4pm, dinner at 7 pm, and party from 9 pm to 2am. The +: - great hotel, clean modern rooms, great TV, great Wifi. - Amazing entertainment: each evening had a show: beautiful dancers, fire jugglers, live band, fireworks, acrobats. Also some entertainment by the pool (strippers, foam party,...) - Most beautiful playroom ever, with nice beds, hot tub on the rooftop, great lighting, nice drapes,... - Great quality guests, fun, open minded, about 90 had perfect bodies. - Ages mostly 40s-50s, empty nesters, due to $$ and time of the year - People who play! That was the most important thing to us! The -: nothing! Lauren is the warmest person ever (she is the same as in the podcasts), Richard is very sweet and surprisingly shy and humble one-on-one (and he has a fantastic body). The Room77 staff was super friendly.

This was our first takeover and holy shit did Richard and Lauren do it up RIGHT! Five star accommodations, great combination of relaxation and sinfulness... we cannot wait to attend another Room 77 event!

Even with all the chaos of the weekend, this event was sooo much fun! We wished the weather and venue was better but that was out of everyone's hands. Despite all the challenges, they pulled out a weekend to remember for sure. We loved the speed dating, the Friday and Saturday night parties were great. Very good DJ and lighting. Awesome crowd as we met some great people! We cant wait for the next Dallas event ( please come back soon!). Also was GREAT meeting and chatting with you two as well. Amazing couple. =). Thanks again for all the hard work and headaches you guys went through.. came out fighting and had a blast!!

This was a party none of us will forget! It was very well planned and ute as well as could be even with all of the wrenches being thrown in there randomly. The hosts were engaging and the attendees were some of the hottest people I have seen together in a group and all such wonderful personalities. We definitely met some lifetime friends. I will be looking forward to the next party for sure!

Having met R&L down in Mexico a few years ago, we were excited to see they were bringing the fun to the "Big D". Well, despite challenges with the weather and venue, they threw one helluva event. We had so much fun at the parties. We danced our asses off and enjoyed meeting some incredible people as well as seeing some old friends. Thanks so much, R&L for a fantastic time. This party would have been a lot more if it wasn't for the logistics but regardless the circumstances given it turned out to be an amazing event..

My wife and I had a blast at the Valentines Project event in Dallas. The organizers did a great job maintaining control NHM Nixa toon through the weekend. The individual scheduled events were a great way to get to mingle with locals and out of towners, plus they were a lot of fun. The speed dating was a hit! The strip poker was a blast, definitely a win win for all! The Bouidor photo shoot received rave reviews from my wife, looking fwd to seeing how they turn out! The evening events were fantastic, well setup, good dance music and a lot of socializing! The activities enabled people to meet people out of their immediate groups, which definitely helped to break up the clicks that tend to form at these events. Additionally, the room crawls and the night time lingerie party were icing on the cake! The organizer and the hosts were very accommodating and great people to socialize with. Overall...the contollables were too notch! Especially considering Mother Nature and the hotel related issues. We will definitely be back, sooner than later. Well done my friends!!!

The “Valentine’s Project” wasn’t our first hotel party, but it was our best! The organizers, Richard and Lauren, delivered the most complete experience of a hotel party that we’ve seen. Most such parties are “rent a few floors of hotel rooms, and DJ in the ballroom”. They made this event more like a few days at an all-inclusive. Events were scheduled periodically throughout the day and night, with participants able to choose what they did/didn’t want to participate in. As an added bonus, the communication from them to the attendees was outstanding. Lastly, they they brought together a great collection of sexy, cool people. If I had a complaint, it’s that Richard and Lauren spent so much time and energy making sure that everyone else had a great time, that I’m not sure they had fun. They were truly selfless hosts.

Despite the horrible hotel, which Room 77 was lied to about... We had an awesome group and fabulous weekend! Room 77 did a fantastic job! Can't wait for the next one! If you got to get on the Sibian!! OMG!!! We had so much fun helping you ladies!

If it could go wrong for this party it did. But no matter what the weather or the hotel threw at them. This fantastic couple( & John) dealt with it and made sure we all had fun! If we ever get a chance to party with L&R again. We will be running to get there. J & Angie

We had a great time at the Valentine Project Weekend. It was well organized and Jon, Lauren, and Richard did an exceptional job making sure everyone was safe and having a good time. We appreciate everything they did. Keeping everyone informed on what events were taking place was a key and they handled that well. We will be back to future events.

Start to finish. Pre Party The communication on the front end was fantastic and so easy to navigate the information from the website. Booking was super easy and everything you needed was spot on. We had zero problems. The Party First off, there were tons of people, and that speaks volumes because right about the time the party was gonna start mother nature lost her rabid ass mind and turned Texas into a scene from Alaskan Bush people, without the accents and less inbreeding. Anyway, the Party. The party was a very sexy and classy event, it felt upscale without the elitist clique-y things you find at some places. There were a lot of hot people there dressed to impress. The ladies were stunning and there were so many sexy sights to see. Everyone was cool…except that one dude that looked like he had someone tied up in his basement, he was sketchy. We’re just playing, we don’t think he had a basement or someone tied up in it…we suspect they were in small bags in his refrigerator. The decorations were nice and the setup of the facilities was well done. You had public areas, private areas and public areas where you could do private things. Everything was super clean and kept up throughout the night. Having the bar there was very convenient. All of the staff were fantastic, from the security to the ladies at the door, everyone was super easy to deal with and very helpful. The lighting was legit and way more elaborate than we anticipated. We would have been fine with a couple of guys that were fucked up like lab rats holding a flash light swinging around a glow stick on a string but they did it up big. Dim enough to play a little but bright enough to make sure it was with the correct person. The DJ was excellent and kept everyone on the dance floor. The music was stuff you would recognize and could dance to. The Dinner at the lodge was great. There was a lady there doing aerobatics on stage that would make cirque du soileil envious. And she was freaking hot. Last but not least. Lauren and Richard. Such a cool couple. Seriously they worked their asses off to make sure everyone had a good time and things went off well. Such good communication and updates. They obviously had a million things going on but made sure to stop to talk to everyone and make them feel welcome. They were on point the entire event. Thats a lot to handle for a party that lasted longer than Milli Vanilli’s career. Can’t say enough good things about them.
