One private room with a king size bed fits 15 to 20 people to have fun on it, a simi private room with a queen size bed that fits 10 to 15 people on it. There is another king size bed that fits 15 to 20 people on there to have fun on it this is our private bedroom and another room with a bed for those that was close intimate fun. We have a fuck machine to use if asked for it. We are also in the process on adding more BDSM Toys to use. There is a great outside sitting area for those who smoke or just want to hang outside.
