Hello, I’m Victoria! Visionary, founder, and Certified Matchmaker behind Birds of a Feather Matchmaking, an exclusive boutique firm founded in 2023 to serve the ethically non-monogamous (ENM) community. As a proud military veteran, I recognized a profound gap in the traditional dating industry and set out to create a space where open-hearted, relationship-oriented individuals could find meaningful, value-aligned connections. Headquartered in Chicago and serving clients nationwide, my husband and business partner, Ryan, and I bring both feminine and masculine perspectives to the art of modern matchmaking. Together, we guide clients through personalized coaching, curated introductions, and intentional dating strategies, crafting relationships that celebrate authenticity, freedom, and connection. At Birds of a Feather, we believe in more than just introductions, we’re cultivating a movement. Our mission is to normalize ethical non-monogamy, foster belonging, and empower those exploring love beyond convention. I also host vibrant community experiences such as ENM Galentine’s Brunches, Non-Monogamous Speed Dating events (for individuals and couples), and our signature ENM Social Club gatherings. All designed to connect like-minded people through authentic conversation and shared values.
